How to use Arvum and its tools
1. Getting started
Create an account or sign in and read the Agreement and Privacy Policy. Your available balance and bonus conditions appear in your account. The editor and its tutorial are available on a computer; on a phone, start with presets.
Choose a tool, upload a permitted material or open a project. File requirements, available parameters, cost and required credit reservation are shown in the interface before launch. Some features require Pro.
2. Scenes and images
In the editor, create a space, place objects and materials, and choose a camera and viewpoint. Describe the desired result, add references if available, check the parameters and start generation.
To work with a photograph, sketch or existing image, open a suitable preset, upload the image and adjust the available parameters. AI results may change details, geometry and scale; check them before use.
Arvum image models: Fast, Creative, Precise and Thinking. Thinking is available only for camera generation in the main editor, supports up to 4 reference images and costs 400 credits per final result. Thinking is not available in presets.
3. Creating and refining a project
An image based on a floor plan and an editable project are different results. The 2D-plan preset creates an image, while the floor-plan project creation tool in Pro tools creates an Arvum project you can open and edit.
Upload legible source materials, set the available parameters and confirm launch. Use the refinement tool to change an existing project. Check the completed version, especially dimensions, walls and openings; save it as a separate project file if needed.
4. Assistant, 3D objects and video
The Assistant answers questions about projects and tools; project changes are made using the separate refinement tool. Answers may be incorrect and need checking.
To create a 3D object, open the corresponding Pro tool and upload a photograph of the object. The completed object is available in the library for use in a scene. Pro tools also let you upload your own models and textures.
For video, open the “Create video” preset, upload a starting frame and optionally add an ending frame and description. Choose the available parameters, check the cost and start creation.
5. Subscriptions
Base prices are per month in IDR. Both Pro options provide the same Pro features and differ in the number of credits.

Discounts and special offers may apply to base prices. The total, offer conditions, first payment and subsequent renewal terms are shown on the payment page before purchase confirmation. Additional credit offers are also available there. Charging, cancellation and refund rules are in the Agreement.
6. Saving and help
Save important projects and results to your device or the cloud and check where the latest version is stored. Saving in the browser, in the cloud and as a separate file are different actions. Export any local projects you need before clearing browser data.
Results are available in your profile and the corresponding libraries. If a project will not open, submit a request for it from your profile. For other questions, contact support@arvum.ai.
Use materials for which you have the necessary rights, and do not upload unnecessary personal or confidential information. The Agreement sets out the terms for using materials. Results do not replace professional review before construction or other practical use.
